For a professional result, your original photo should follow these simple rules:
Lighting: Use natural or bright light. Avoid harsh shadows on the fabric.
Background: Opt for a plain wall or a neutral background.
Position: The garment should preferably be worn on a mannequin (or fitting model).
If you prefer, it can be hung on a hanger, or laid flat on a table, or even on the floor.
Sharpness: Make sure the photo is not blurry. The more detail of the fabric, the better the result.
